Cancellation Policy
In the event a client needs to cancel an appointment, they must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. This allows us to have adequate time to inform clients on the waiting list of an appointment opening. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the price of the service to be provided before scheduling your next appointment. If a client does not show up to their appointment this will require a payment of the full value of their scheduled appointment.
